FALL 2024 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL OF OUR FOOTBALL TEAMS ARE FULL AT THIS TIME. IF YOU WISH TO ADD YOUR ATHLETE(S) TO A WAITLIST, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. WE WILL NOT REQUIRE PAYMENT UNLESS YOUR ATHLETE(S) IS ADDED TO A ROSTER(S).

Welcome to the all new online registration process for the 2024 fall season! We thank you in advance for your patience as this is new to all of us! 

Every family must have an account in order to register. If you have registered your athlete(s) for other sports organizations, you may already have an account. If you are already a registered user, click on Login above. If you are new to Sports Connect Club, click on Register above.

What you will need to have ready in order to complete the online registration process:
 
  1. iPad or computer with internet (smartphones are not recommended);

  2. Clear copy of original birth certificate (for new athletes);

  3. Photo of athlete (a headshot with no hats or sunglasses - must be on a white back ground). If the athlete does not wear glasses while playing/cheering, they cannot wear them in the photo. If they do wear glasses while playing/cheering, they must have their glasses on in the photo; 

  4. Credit or debit card is the preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay by cash or Zelle, contact us via [email protected] to make arrangements. If your athlete is waitlisted, we will not collect payment unless they are able to be added to a roster.
Registration Fee:

The registration fee for the fall season is $325 (plus fees) for the first and second athlete in each household. 

Sibling Discount:

3rd Sibling: $275 each*
4 or more Siblings $250 each*

*Athletes must live in the same household to qualify for sibling discount!

Deposit:

50% is due now in order to secure a spot on a roster!

1st and 2nd Athlete = $325 each - 50% Deposit = $162.50 each
3rd Athlete = $275 each - 50% Deposit = $137.50
4 or more Athletes = $250 each - 50% Deposit = $125 each

Payment Methods:


1.  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover;
2.  Zelle (see above)
3.  Cash (see above) 

If you pay by Zelle or Cash, Your athlete(s) will not be placed on a roster(s) until the Vikings have received the minimum payment amount due.

Checks will no longer be accepted!

Fees:

Transaction Fee - All families will be charged a $3 transaction fee. If you do not register all of your athletes at the same time, you will pay an additional $3 fee for each separate transaction. If you chose to make two payments, you will be charged $3 for each of those transactions.

Credit/Debit Card Fee - A 3.4% processing fee will be added if a credit or debit card is used.

Payment Plan Fee - If you chose to make two equal payments, you will be charged a $3 convenience fee for each payment per athlete.

IMPORTANT!

When you are done filling out the information while registering your Athlete - you will have to refresh your account to show the tab "LEGAL DOCUMENTS." Click this tab to DIGITIALY sign the REQUIRED Parent Contract and the Medical History. Without these documents signed we can not assign your athlete(s) to a roster. 

Your balance must be paid in full by June 30, 2024, or your athlete(s) will be removed from the roster(s).

Report Cards:
  • End of school year 2023-2024 report cards must be uploaded through your account by June 30, 2024, or your athlete(s) will be removed from the roster(s).

  • The report card must show grades for all four quarters.
  • If your athlete(s) attended more than one school during the 2023-2024 school year, you will need to upload the final report card from all schools.
  • Please do not wait until summer break to confirm that you have access your school's portal account!
Volunteer Requirement:
A parent/guardian from each family will be required to volunteer at least 2 hours at a home game. Once we receive the fall game schedule, we will distribute a list of volunteer sign up opportunities for each home game. Opportunities will include ticket booth, spirit shop, concessions, chains, trash detail, etc. If you would prefer to opt out of volunteering, you can donate $100 to our program.
