IMPORTANT!

  • Your athlete(s) will not be placed on a roster until you have paid at least 50% of the registration fee.
  • If you have an unpaid balance from last season, your athlete(s) will not be placed on a roster(s) until your 2025 balance and at least 50% of your 2026 fees are paid. Everyone with a balance from 2025 has received an email from venicevikingsregistrar@gmail.com.


Although you will select a team(s) for your athlete(s) during the registration process, the Athletic Director or Cheer Director will make the final determination on the team(s) that your athlete(s) will be rostered on.

NEW ATHLETES mUST ALSO BRING ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE​​​​​​​

all paperwork is due no later than june 18! this includes a medical clearance form signed by a physician verifying that your athlete has had a physical within 2026.

SMH Urgent care performs sports physicals for $20.

We will be at upstairs at the field collecting paperwork during summer conditioning, Tuesday & Thursday 5:30 - 7:00 p.m. through June 18.

Email a headshot of your athlete(s) with no hat or glasses to venicevikingsregistrar@gmail.com

STEP 4

download final 2025-2026 report card and email pdf file to gradesforvenice@yahoo.com no later than june 19!


STEP 5

ensure that your balance is paid in full by june 19 so that your athlete(s) is not removed from the roster.
